IE Singapore’s Assistance Schemes

IE Singapore has always strived to assist local SMEs in any way possible to help them go global, and has offered schemes to help companies reach out to overseas buyers over the years. It has recently adopted two schemes to help companies in Singapore become globally competitive. The two schemes, the Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) and Global Company Partnership (GCP) schemes, aim to provide assistance in areas such as finance, knowledge, connections and capability enhancement.

The Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) scheme assists companies in terms of Information, Leaning and Financial Assistance. The Global Company Partnership (GCP) scheme generates customised solutions for companies in terms of Capability Building, Market Access, Manpower Development and Access to Financing, where the best-fitting clinics, seminars, and third-party consultants are recommended to each company based on its level of readiness.
