Established since 1932, SMF is led by a Council that comprises industry leaders from the manufacturing sector for an elected two-year term. Current membership stands at more than 3,000 corporate members ranging from multinational corporations to small and medium enterprises. SMF carries out a myriad of activities to enhance the competitive edge of its members.
Leveraging on its extensive network of contacts, Industry Groups and 6 Centres of Excellence, SMF is well-placed to represent its members objectively and to facilitate tripartite communications between the government, foreign delegates and the local manufacturing community.
